Splayed legs

Hi, I've had 3 bantam chicks hatch ( out of 4 eggs) they are 2-3 days old. They are in the brooder now. Just got home from work and one has developed splayed legs. I've followed the band aid advice and have splinted them gently together. It's keeping its balance, until one of the others knocks it over! It can get back up, but I'm wondering if I should seperate it from the others for a day or so? I don't want it to exhaust itself! Any advice much appreciated. This is my first hatch!

Use your judgement but if you separate him, I'd put one other chick in there too, as they get terribly lonely.
