Granny's gone and done it again

OH an Angie followed my instructions concerning a former tenet who comes to 'visit" some other renters and NEVER listens about the dog and leash thing. So he was trespassed off the property. Then talked to another renter and explained if they didn't want to use the designated dog/pet area that was fine. Thier door faces onto the east side street, and they put their dogs on lines right outside their door. Which I am fine with BUT then as I told them last night, they NEED to pick up the poo as I am tired of stepping in it while trying to mow.
 
Busy morning already. Called a breeder on a male pup BUT it would be a limited registration NOPE doesn't work for me. Unless I wanted a black and white male again doesn't work for me. Sent out another couple inquires to other breeders.

Called the ac repair man about a HVAC unit. He has been and gone needs to order parts.

Called my "good" neighbor to the east and he will deliver/drop off 32 round hay bales when he starts hauling hay home. Same price of $65.00 per bale. Still have 44 bales from last year and all the loose hay we put up this July.

Called Tori at community action and left a message about one of the rooms "they" were paying for through their vets program. The room REEKS of urine and OMG the mess. They are usually VERY good about making it right.

paid the mortgage and also the payment on the new (to us) bobcat.

Need to head out and get the backyard mowed.

Tis nice out temp wise BUT real feel not so much, Flipping humidity, you Southern's can keep that.!!

Renters, 🙄 gotta love em. I had a MH once I used to rent. Tenants smoked. Cigarette butts covered the ground a couple inches thick all around the front door and porch. I was like, Dude. You do not have a coffee can to put your butts in? Told them to clean them up or I was charging them $50 for me to do it.
