Chick was hatched on the 11th, didn't notice until a couple days ago that it's leg was pointed in the wrong direction and he was unable to walk/run properly. I braced it at the top, the foot still pointed the wrong way so I added the second part. He fall on his face if I let him go, so I wrapped a paper towel around him and have his legs bent up under him properly and tucked him into a toilet paper roll, he fell asleep.
Did I do okay? Does he have any chance? Any chance of any kind of life if it doesn't help? He's a pet, can keep him alone if I have to

That looks good, but it may make it hard for the chick to walk, which is undesirable because it won't be able to get food and water on its own. As long as it can walk, it's fine.
I have had a splay legged quail chick before, and it works to put them in a very small cup with a paper towel on the bottom (or another non-slip material), and leave them in there for awhile. Maybe half an hour at a time, and you can try this several times a day. It will not be able to splay its legs because the cup is too small, and it will try to get out, thereby strengthening its legs.
The reason the splint didn't work for me on that chick is that it was just too small and delicate (one day old), and when I tried the splint, it spread its legs out behind it and got stuck on its back.

Nice job on those splints.

This sort of thing is best fixed as early as you can. That doesn't look like a two week old chick, though. If the leg doesn't straighten out, it will require special attention. Depending on how well it can get around it might lead a fairly normal life, if not, it depends on how much time you're willing to give. Since this is a pet, it might be okay. Be prepared to take care of the little guy if it appears to be suffering and can't get around, though.

I started the eggs on June 20th and 2 hatched on day 21-22, so July 11-12. This one needed some help and looked weak the first day or so and then was good, active and eating/drinking. The other one was active from the start and then a day or so later it got weak and died.

As for the cup I tried and he kinda flipped upside down eventually. It felt so mean leaving him in there.

He seems to eat and drink fine since theres noone around to keep him from it. I just fill a lid a couple times a day with water and food he sits next to both lids under a light most of the day now.

How long should I keep him splinted? Just do it every day and take it off? My "bird" friend said to do it for a month but if he can't walk that can't be possible? He falls asleep in my hand and twitters/purrs so I was able to get him to sleep more properly in the tp tube, in his box he tends to just stretch his legs back

That's okay, the splint method should work just fine, as your chick is a little older than mine was. When my chick was in the cup, it chirped incessantly, but I thought it was a better option than for it to not be able to walk properly later on.

Is the tp roll and bent leg okay a few times a day? I feel like it could help since the leg doesn't like to bend under properly on its own but holding him for an hour a few times a day is kinda hard to do, as cute as he is

If you do the cup method, it will need breaks. The splint I woukd leave on of 24 hour periods and then take it off to see if there has been improvement. Put it back on and check daily for progress.
