split beak/ cracked beak

We noticed 2 days ago that one of our girls had a split in her beak. My boy noticed this morning that it was a little wider.
So, this afternoon we went to take pictures and I think a little bit has broken off b/c now it's looking more chipped.
It doesn't seem to bother her or make any problems for her. Is this something I should try to fix or just leave it?

You can try to superglue the crack as long as you dont glue her mouth shut. Also, her beak looks a bit too long so that may be why iys breaking...do you file it or have anything for the chickens to file it on???

I'm obviously new at this. Do their beaks normally need trimming?
