Split wing. What age does it show up?

I've had a couple of juveniles turn up with split wing. I'm wondering when I should have caught it so they could be rehomed. All opinions appreciated.

I got the answer from a trusted friend. She said as early as three weeks and sometimes not til 3 months.

We just got our first set of chicks last week and one seems to have a split wing, she seems to be doing ok but we are new at this and I wasn't sure if there is something I should do for her.
