Spoiled rotten Rouen ducks

We have 2 Rouen male and female. We had them since they were I think 2 weeks old. They wear diapers in the house. They are 3 months old. They are so spoiled. They just got out of water and they have their wing feathers in a x shape on their backs and doing a little tail feather shake. What are they doing?
