Sportman 1202 Used Or Brinsea New Please Advice

Thank you guys

for your advice

I will check it very close
probably will ask the guy tu run it the day before
so i can see the temperature

So do you think even if it needs a replacement part the price still fair?

If everything works I think 300 is fair... if its dirty and possible parts need to be replaced I'd try and bargain down some. Parts are not cheap.. maybe go to the website and print up a list of parts and prices. so you know if the fan does not work it cost so so $ if this looks bad then its this much $ etc..
read up on it on the website so you know what parts are to be there etc.. always helps and then nothing gets forgotten and left behind.

Can't compare watermelon to apples (sizewise).

They are both excellent bators, what choice?

Available space, and/or needed capacity.

myself I would go with the 1202 , have some that i have had for many years , no problem , also set 1200 bobwhite eggs in it, (double stack egg trays)
