Can anyone explain how the Sportsman or Dickey's incubators are laid out?

I have a homebuilt cabinet. There is a wood piece divider between. It is a total knockoff of the sportsman, except for thermostat. Be sure to get a real electric thermostat. I am killing batch after batch of chicks relying on wafers.
