No. It looks like a bruise/ Blood blister type of injury. It's nothing to worry about.

I noticed a spot on the end of one of my pekin's bill today while I was soaking his feet. Searching around I found ducks that get little freckles but could not find anything that looked like this. Hoping it's not anything serious.

Hey, I don't want to state the obvious here but for your own duck's safety I'm pointing this out. Consider using something that doesn't have a sharp edge to contain your duck. Even plastic can cut them.
