Spots on eggs

I candled a few eggs. When i did one I could tell it was developing and the shell it self was clear and looked good. When i did the next on it was kind of hard to tell but the shell had all these spots on them. You can only see the spots when you candle the eggs. What are these spots. Is it just the way the shell is. Or does the shell have some sort of bactiria thing going on.

They can be speckled and spotted. You're mostly seeing variances in the shell.
