Weird crusty bumps developed outside of the egg

Hi everyone. So late last night, I noticed this egg, which definitely didn’t have these bumps before, developed these bumps that look like albumen fizzed out from the pores and then dried up on the shell. Feels like it too. Very crusty and alike dried egg white. The embryo, who was moving(pulsing) and kicking ish, candled 2 days ago, on day 4-5 I think, also stopped moving...at least I think so. I already let it have a moment to jolt or something.

It was late at night so I put it back to go to sleep, but now next morning, I wondered if it quit early just a few days after first candling and if it was my fault or not. If it’s not viable anymore, do anyone know why that happened and what went wrong? I checked a few other eggs quickly and they were still fine, kicking, pulsing, lots of veining.(image under)
