Spots on Pekin duck's beak?

All, I noticed some spots on one of my pekin's beaks this morning. It was acting very isolated then I saw these spots which are entirely new. Like within a day new. I thought maybe it just needed a good bath, a little spa treatment. We live in Michigan so everything is still frozen here and they haven't had a bath in weeks. They have had plenty of fresh water in a basin that they can fully dip their beaks in and walk around in. I change the water every day. Any idea about this condition? Seems to be greatly enjoying this bath. Photo below:

Is sudden onset of freckles (within a day) normal? She's been laying for quite some time now, she's a year old
