I agree that this doesn’t look like normal nicks and cuts. I have never seen fowl pox before, but I have also never seen anything quite like those pics. Good luck. I hope everything turns out ok.

You may vaccinate.
Supposedly infected birds naturally recover in 2 to 4 weeks and are immune. Times of stress often complicates things. It is important to thoroughly clean housing and keep birds in uncrowded housing.
A vitamin supplement in the water like Nutri-Drench can help recovery.
Mosquitos and mites can spread the disease.
