Today I got an egg from one of my hens that was odd. I just checked and I found a lone brown egg in the nest box with blueish purple spots on the shell they didnt wash off so it must be the shell color. I have 5 EEs and have yet to see any green or blue eggs so maybe it was one of them. Anyone else have hens that lay eggs like that, do you think it was an EE hen? My camera is dead so after I charge it Ill post a pic of the egg.
