Spraddle leg...Did I do this right?

Sorry for the fuzzy pic, but is this how to fix a spraddle leg? She still leans towards the other side so ends up rolling a bit....also, should I seperate her? The others are really curious about the medical tape on her legs....

Your tape job looks good. Mine are usually better in about a week. No need to seperate her unless the others are really mean and won't leave her alone. She will soon learn how to walk taped. If she has too much trouble balancing, tape her with her legs a little wider apart.

More or less one leg is sticking out to the side and causing the chick to hobble on one leg. Normally it's caused by a slippery surface in the incubator or brooder...but I have the rubber, non-slip liners in both

Looks fine-also let the chick walk on something ruff like scrap carpet-it works! I've done it with great success.
