spraddle leg not caught early

I didn't take the time to read through all the threads, here... I have a buff orpington with spraddle leg. I believe it is due to an overcrowded breeding box... I discovered this when I moved them to the coop a couple of days ago. The chicken is 5 weeks old, and, to be honest, I'm not sure when she developed this... Is there any point to trying to brace her legs at this point... or might it be too late?
