spraddle leg on my new silkie?

My one baby silkie cannot walk. It is around 5 hours old, and the others can walk. It's one leg is splayed out. Im thinking spraddle leg. What caused this and how do I treat it?

it is very easy to treat. Just use the band-aid treatment.
http://www.feathersite.com/Poultry/BRKRaisingChicks.html i just cut a band-aid in half long ways and tape the legs together.
