Spraddle leg? Slipped tendon? Help!

I wish I could help more, but I just don’t know what more you can do. Hopefully, she can get around well enough to get food and water. It is sad, but many of thiese chicks have to be put down. Some do learn to get along even with a disability.

Thanks for helping a bit, I really appreciate it. She can get around fairly well, so hopefully if this can’t be corrected she can live with it :fl

Unfortunately, Little Bit the 2nd almost died. We found her in her box, laying there, not moving. I thought she was going to die, but decided to bring her in the house to see if we could save her. Upon closer examination, we saw she had pasty butt. We cleaned it off and put her in our incubator, and, miraculously, she recovered. Shes still weak on her feet, and doesn't have great balance, but that's the same as before. She loved the electrolyte water i gave her, and ate some of the scrambled eggs i offered her. I also gave her a little chilled coconut oil, because she had flinched when her abdomen/vent area was touched. She eats and drinks better than before now, but is constantly giving half distressed half happy chirps. Ive never heard chick make this particular chirp for so long:idunnoI suppose it's better than before, when it was just distressed chirps. She also constantly wants to be held. Could shoes made out of medical tape cause this? She was cold when we found her, but the rest of the chicks in the brooder seemed fine.

She needs a buddy, bring another chick in?
I have 4 others with her that are about her age(three days or so), and she seems to be chirping less now, but doesn't seem to want to lay/sit down. Most of the time she falls asleep while standing then sinks to the ground. We just put her under a heat lamp rather than in the incubator, so that might be why she's chirping less

You need to get some VetWrap and take a thin strip and tie it around both legs so they are the correct distance apart.
I tried that, but the problem seems to be that the leg bends slightly outwards rather than forward. the Vet wrap didn't seem to help much, but I'll try it again tomorrow and see if it helps. It just seemed to hinder her walking:idunno

Just wondering, could this have hurt her? I took of the tape shoes just in case, but if it's ok I'd like to put them back on because her toes are still slightly cured.
