spraddle leg?

so this is my 4 day old salmon faverolle chick, i think it is splayed leg but not sure sorry my video isn't that great never did one before. I have been giving it poultry cell which is kind of dark so could that be why its now pooping dark brown runny poop? I did make a splint this morning but wasn't satisified with it. Please help me. It is drinking and eating and pooping as you will see

It looks like a mild version.

It might be too late to fix it though. Usually right after hatching is the critical time.
