Spraddle Legs not correcting with treatment

One of six chicks that hatched under our broody hen has what we researched and believed to be Spraddle or splayed legs. We tried a few different forms of "shackles" and found bandaids the most effective as they stayed in place better. Over the course of the next 7 days, the right leg seems to have mostly corrected, but the left leg has not. It springs back out as soon as the shackle is off still. We are pretty new at the chicken husbandry so any help is certainly appreciated.
