Try removing the physical SIM card if it has one. Should be the little thingy with a hole on the side. Turn it on and off. If it's got updates, try applying them.

I think it does have the physical thing cause the E-SIM wouldn’t work when they tried it and my phone is compatible with both. But I don’t have the remover thingy. There are some at the Clubhouse though that I might be able to use tomorrow. I’ll try the rest of the suggestions though. It actually does have a big update to do that I forgot about. I’ll try that before freaking out LOL

Paper clip should fit, but I can't remember. I think it has to be one of the small ones.

I'd do the update. One warning is that it's probably iOS 26 so it's going to look different.

Maybe try contacting the carrier or removing the SIM tray and putting it in once you get that tool. If you still have the box from your phone it should be in there.
