spradle leg quail

i have just passed the end of 24 days on my bobwhite hatch. out of 52 eggs about 36 look like a good healty hatch,but i do have what looks like to me a spradle leg
cant stand or run just flutters around legs outreached to the side. this is my first hatch so all i know is what ive read. what is your oplnlon as to what i should do with this chick. thanks for your help.

Always make sure you lay down some nonskid material in your incubator and place your eggs on top at lock down. Same with the brooder. No newspaper or slick surfaces. Bedding is best for babies.

X2, The faster you act, the better odds are you can fix it.... before long the joints will set. Splay leg is not a problem after this, but chances of its reversal go way down too....
