Spraggled leg?

I have a Bonnies heavy red chicken that has a leg that goes out to the side. He is almost 8 weeks old. I have never experienced this but looks like what they call a spraggled leg? Any suggestions is appreciated. Thank you.

Cannyou get clear pictures of the chick’s legs from the front while standing still, even if you have to hold it up? Slipped tendon, leg bone deformities, and dislocated hip sound possible. It might not be fixable after such a s long time.

The right leg points to the right 90 degrees.
I tried a brace but the leg just goes out and doesn't stay under his body.
