So a little while ago one of my hens had a wing that was drooping and she did NOT like you messing with it, i diagnosed it as a sprained wing. I pulled her from the coop and wrapped her wing. In the next couple of days she started twisting her neck around and tilting her head and she wouldn't hold it normally. She would also remove her wing bandage every chance she got. I started giving her some Advil (correct chicken dosage) for a couple of days and her twisting head stopped and she has mostly rightened it. My only issue is the sprained wing. It is still drooping but it has stiffened and is hard to move, without obvious discomfort to her. I don't know what I should do, so if anyone has any ideas it would be very much appreciated.

Yes you use a weak strength Advil (i have talked with my vet about this in the past). After a couple of days of the Advil I noticed she wasn't twisting her neck as much but I had to stop it for a couple of days because I ran out. Another thing I noticed was that she hasn't laid an egg yet, while a sister who is younger has been laying for several weeks now. I'll try for wry neck and look more into sprained wings.
