spreading sickness amongst hens?

Well unfortunately, our Light Brahma, Screamer, succumbed to what ever sickness got our two other chickens. She was really one of our favorites and looked like she was doing better and then took a turn for the worse. The frigid weather in NJ right now probably didn't help. No signs of further sickness at this time. Hopefully it has run it's course. Thank you for everyone that responded.
