It's so nice to hear that. I'm going to work more on the sign, as with most of my artwork I wasn't completely satisfied with how it came out and now I have more time to tinker with it. I think I'll add some decorative flowers and fix that beak on the roo at the very least. It lookled fine in the house but when I took it out of the car at your house I realized the beak was way out of proportion. Another great example of the poor lighting in my house! Dan has urged me to keep the sign and put it up at the end of the drive but I'm not completely sold. If I do I'll have to change the color of the roo to BLR and proportion it out like a good Wyandotte. Change the hen and chick colors too, lol. Not that our driveway has a good place to put the sign with the rocky hills on either side. Who knows.
I forgot to say thank you to the women who bought 3 of my EE pullets and to the man who took 2 of my cockerels! It's nice to be down to just 5 EEs to sell.
Now all I have to do is figure out how to get to a chicken swap again. I'm hating that they are all on Saturdays when DH has to work
This is off the chickenstock topic, but did anyone else notice that the drool smiley here on BYC changed? I just noticed, lol.
I agree , and should set up pony rides too lol, ( not the mini's)
Laura the gander hates me, he hisses and displays like he is goignto eat me, LOL
what a silly guy. they are such nice geese though I totally love them.
Jerk!!! Maybe he thinks you are one big predator
He did that a little here too, those are "his" girls, that one has never actually attacked, the other gander we had was nasty, he wouldn't let us out of the house some days, he would grab us everytime.

this is sort of odd maybe but here goes, lol
how about signs for the sellers, like with our byc name or farm name that we can display at the swaps saying who we are , town with our favorite breed. not big. whats your thought and how much would we be talking?
