I have Buff Orpington eggs I can sell you, but I do not ship live birds, sorry.

I also have Dark Brahmas, if you change your mind.

Thanks for the responses.

After thinking about it, I think I will buy a few chicks from My Pet Chicken since I don't have to order 25. I've never raised chicks before. The chicks we had along time ago had their own mammas.

I can't get Brahmas in the standard size from My Pet Chicken, so I've changed my mind. I'm going to get the 2 BOs for sure and probably 2 Partridge Rocks. I want to get 2 more but I can't decide: 2 White Rocks or--and I think I will pick this one--Blue Cochins.
I know the Cochins won't lay as well as the Rocks, but most of my enjoyment of chickens comes from just watching them and the Cochins are very pretty.

Just keep in mind that standard size chickens eat ALOT more than bantams. You can eat bantam eggs, just have to have two instead of one egg.

Blue Cochins are beautiful, and if two blues have chicks together, you get three different colors of chicks! Just remember that the price for a small order on MPC is VERY high, in my opinion anyway. Good luck with your purchase, and congrats on being a chicken owner!
