I thought that one of the requirements was to send them priority mail WITH delivery confirmation? I always sent mine that way because I was under that impression. I know first class is definitely cheaper............

the one time I sent out a package before using the priority mail it cost me over $8.00, I think it depends on where you are from. also the priority envelopes are the only ones that you canpurchase a stamp for and know the return cost.
