We did that with my friends DH with a emu chick, lol. I think he was a little suspicious

Nan: You want to go to the livestock auction with me on Wed. in Mt. hope. I told hubby about it and wanting a milking goat. He pretty much told me it was ok as long as it was cheap and a baby. Plus what can he say my Birthday is a day before the auction so I will just be buying myself a little birthday present thats all.

Just realized that the mt. hope sale is August 1st my birthday so he really won't be able to say anything if I come home with a goat.
