Also have 9 White Crested Polish, 4 Speckled Sussex, 9 more Cornish, couple Buff Orph, few more Barred, Australorps, 1 Silver Laced Wyndotte, and 4 brown leggern hens. They have all earned the rank of " Outside".
Don't want to leave out 3 Belgium, 1 Percheron, 3 Minis, 1 Appaloosa, and 9 Quarter Horses.
1 dog and 1 cat.
Just got new chicks! Six Rhode Island Reds and four Barred Rocks. ^_^ Hope to have pictures of them up here soon! By the way, these are all so adorable!
Well, I'm not hatching eggs - yet! Started with 3 RIRs and 3 NHRs. Here they are at 8 weeks trying out the roost and nesting boxes:
Then I added 3 each Ameracauna, Barred Rock and Buckeyes - they don't all appear in the pic, but here are a few (unfortunately, I lost 2 Buckeyes to the rain and temps) - they were about 3 days when I turned them loose in the henhouse:
One of the New Hampshires got in the pic! Anyway, everyone gets along, and the older girls are actually protective of the babies! I'll update as they get older...
