DITTO they tryed to charge me 3000.00 HAHAHAHAHA i finally won after 1 yr of trying I owed them 300.00 NOT 3000.00 Dont do Sprint!!!!!
 
I have Verizon and they are pretty darn good.

However, if it is a utility?? They are gonna S*** you over if they can. My personal beef is with the electric company. They let some old man die because he couldn't pay his bill. Not to mention the problems that we have had with them.
 
I've been with Spring for over 10 years. Very few problems. That may have changed recently though....
 
Everytime I call them and complain about billing, I get some HUGE credit somehow. Don't know... maybe its my oh so cute voice!? LOL

I just got stuck with Sprint when I had Nextel and ended up moving with the company take over.

It was still better then all the issues I had with AT&T however many years ago that was.... 6 years maybe!?

Oh, I've had 'em try that crap with me to, said I owed 'em $800+ cuz I went over my textin minutes... Well, I dont text. Turned out they mixed up my account with someone elses and tried to charge both of us for it.

That is how we wound up with them. And we decided to go ahead and renew the contract because DH gets a company discount (15%) with Sprint. Doesn't do any good when they are charging all kinds $$ for "data vision" stuff and can't tell you exactly what it is for.

Yep, I've been with Verizon since they were GTE back in "The Day". I travel a lot, and I always have reception unless I am just off the map somewhere or in a deep gorge. It's time to renew and I'm trying to decide which fancy phone I want!
