I dumped them about 3 months after they took over Nextel. All of a sudden my bill increased by $110 a month, they dropped the law enforcement discount, and the service went to pot. We're with Verizon now and it's not too bad.

Agree. I've been with them for a long time & am finally done. Just waiting for my contract to run out.
I have had great luck with Alltel. Sorry to hear you are having so many problems with Sprint....
