All 6 of my hens contracted avian pox last week. My littlest girl has had on eye shut that I thought I helped by washing it out with water but today I noticed that it looks permanently closed and her other eye is foamy in the corner. What can I do to save her eyes?

Can you post some pictures of the eyes and the chickens with fowl pox scabs? When an eye becomes foamy it can be a sign of a secondary infection. I would use an eye wash such as Bausch and Lomb Eye Relief or saline, and flush the eye twice daily. Then after drying it with a tissue, apply Terramycin eye ointment from your feed store twice a day. If that is not available, use Neosporin ointment or a feed store eye gel, such as Vetericyn or similar. Here is Terramycin:

Here's my Ginger. The open eye was the one that oozing this morning but it seems to have stopped. I put some toothpaste on the pox that's why they are white.
