Sprouted Lentils

I'm probably over thinking this. But I sprouted Lentils for my girls, and now im wondering if i need to go and remove any unsprouted lentils. From what I have seen people just sprouted them and toss them out to the chickens.
So do I look through it toss any unsprouted in the trash?

I sprout them and do a quick once over and toss any easy to see unsprouted ones. But surely I’ve missed some. The thing is, the chickens go for sprouted ones, not unsprouted ones. And even just one or two unsprouted ones probably won’t do any harm if ingested
