My splash ameruacana has “spurs” or spikes on his/her toe. This is my first time with chickens so I have no idea if this is a normal thing. Our chicks are about 9 weeks old, I am not sure if this chicken is a boy or girl. I tried my best to get a good picture.

I think looks like a boy! (I'm not an expert)
I have no idea about the "spurs" on his toes though. I hope you find out what it is!
Is he acting normal??

Do you mean the pointy toenail on the end of each toe? Rather like claws? Those are perfectly normal.

Do you mean the little feathers growing on the scaly part of the leg? Those are fairly common, and are harmless. (Some chickens have lots of them, all down the shank and on the toes.)

If it's not either of those, please put a circle on the picture to mark the thing you're asking about. Chicken feet have so many parts, it gets confusing :)
