Sqare footage for mallards

How much space should I allot per duck for mallards, both outside and in the coop?

What is the optimal male to female ratio? I know I am way off right now with more males than females. But it would be helpful to know many females I need to get for them to be in balance.

Too many males and they will greatly overbreed your hens. Your best advice will come from the duck folks themselves.
