His droppings look like the attached picture. Sometimes they are more watery/loose.
I’ve put the trembling down to nerves, as he does it when he’s picked up or I put new food down. He might still be a bit nervy after having escaped a week ago, if this is the case hopefully it will pass.
He’s stopped eating greens unless they’re cut up tiny, and he now eats very small grains with no issue. My current issue is getting him to eat larger grains. I read online I should have started him out with larger grains to force him to adapt to them early on.
He managed to eat a few whole peas a few days ago, but seemed to forget how he did it a few hours later. he’s also been accepting a small amount of formula on a night now.
will keep trying with the larger grains, I believe it’s a different technique to eat them and he just needs to figure it out. All help is appreciated, thankyou.
