Squatted Neck!!!???

What you are describing sounds like she is puffed up, which can be a sign of coccidiosis or just not feeling well. It means she is sick.  If she is having diarrhea, poor appetite, pale color, and ruffled feathers, she may have cocci.  Treatment would be Corid or amprollium 1 tsp powder or 2 tsp liquid in 1 gallon water for 5 days if you think she has it.
They can have all these symptoms as well and have sour crop, internal lay, tumours, amongst other illness, however, its defiantly a possibility.

Just need to rule things out along with deworming, dusting, making sure her crop is flat.

This is what I would do:

  • Bring inside and keep warm.
  • Dust for mites and lice even if I could not see any with a proper poultry dust or 5% Sevin powder.
  • Thorough exam which includes sticking gloved, lubed finger in vent to check for an egg.
  • Weigh daily on kitchen or postal scale.
  • Worm with Safeguard at 50mg/kg by mouth and repeat in ten days.
  • Inspect poop.
  • Inspect crop.
  • If not drinking/eating or losing weight, tube feed.

If I suspected coccidiosis I would treat with Corid or Amprol (amprolium) per this:

FDA recommendations:
http://www.accessdata.fda.gov/scripts/animaldrugsatfda/details.cfm?dn=013-149
"Chickens
Indications: For the treatment of coccidiosis.
Amount: Administer at the 0.012 percent level in drinking water as soon as coccidiosis is diagnosed and continue for 3 to 5 days (in severe outbreaks, give amprolium at the 0.024 percent level); continue with 0.006 percent amprolium-medicated water for an additional 1 to 2 weeks."

And this link has these instructions:
http://www.drugs.com/vet/amprol-9-6-solution-can.html
"Poultry - as Soon As Caecal Coccidiosis Is Diagnosed, Give 0.024% Amprolium In The Drinking Water For 5 To 7 Days. Continue The Treatment With 0.006% Amprolium Medicated Water For An Additional One To Two Weeks. No Other Source Of Drinking Water Should Be Available To The Birds During This Time."

The severe outbreak dose (.024%) for Corid or Amprol Powder is 1.5 teaspoons
The severe outbreak dose (.024%) for Corid or Amprol liquid is 2 teaspoon.

The moderate outbreak dose (.012%) for Corid or Amprol Powder is 3/4 teaspoon.
The moderate outbreak dose (.012%) for Corid or Amprol liquid is 1 teaspoon.

The .006% dose for Corid or Amprol Powder is 1/3 teaspoon.
The .006% dose for Corid or Amprol liquid is 1/2 teaspoon.

If I suspected a bacterial infection I would treat with Baytril at 15mg-20mg once a day for 5 days.

Can you post some poop pictures?

When you have a chicken that is walking like a penguin but you have 11 other chickens that are fine, what is potentially wrong with her. Is it bad for my other chickens, and is she safe to consume? My chickens are used for egg production and meat consumption.

When your chicken is walking like a penguin, she could be egg bound or most likely have a reproductive issue like internal lay.
