My 18 week old cockrell was squatting today!? Is this just submissive behavior or any chance she could be a he!?

My cockerel squats and acts like a hen so it's possible your cockerel is just a submissive boy, esp if you have other roosters around... Pics to confirm he is a cockerel though as others suggested.
