Today I will check her over again and as suggested bring her in and have her in a bath and then on hot water bottle.
I think I have found the cause, we haven't been providing them with grit but I have now resolved that and will be putting it in their feed immediately.
I had noticed that the condition of the eggs had been deteriorating ie as getting thinner so definitely a correlation with lack of grit.
I am just hoping that she will get better as she is a much loved RIR.

You must mean oyster shells, they need that for the egg shells, they also need grit too.
