Squeak toy sound made by my Australorp

Several times today I heard one of my Australorp pullets make a sound like a baby's or pet's squeaky toy. This this odd? Normal? I was bemused.

Ours will do that at times when they have to sneeze.

Yes...I have been hearing a strange squeaky sound coming from my hens...they all seem to do it at times....very amusing indeed!

i heard that for the first time a few weeks ago and thought what the hell??? investigated to find my leghorn making hte noise and then shaking her head..... i think it's hilarious... funnier that she seems to get the shivers after sneezing just like i do...
