Squeaker, the call ducklings leg problem

Gosh, that sounds like fun!

Ahem. I have been spending quite a bit of time with ducks, now, haven't I?

Its been about two weeks since I last updated you guys on Squeaker. Well, I am happy to say that she is running with the big ducks and is happy as a clam! Her bandages came off and she is walking very well. She and her flock mates are still getting weekly batches of minnows to keep them entertained and its a joy watching them swim around the pool for them!

The only thing that worries me now is that she is about half the size of her hatch mates, she holds her own around them but is really tiny compared to her sister...

Just wanted to give you all an update on Squeaker. Her legs have healed nicely and she has recently started to lay these funky elongated eggs. She is living the life of luxury, with Stubby, my special needs silkie showgirl, in our basement with daily trips to the sink and bath tub for some duck time. She is still way smaller than her hatch mates who have been moved to my Father-in-laws house due to some space restrictions we have since moving to Ohio for NC.
