Squeaky sound 3 week old chick

Help! One of my chicks a black sex link just started making a squeaking sound each time she takes s breath! I didn't notice it yesterday! Just changed the bedding, food and water! Is she ok!? Do I need quarter her off from others!? First time we have had chickens!
