Squeaky Toys and Fuzzybutts

I forgot how much guinea keets sound like squeaky toys (eeEE eeEE), especially compared to their chick "siblings."

As mine are growing I am getting to hear their voices and words change and mature. My first time owning Guineas and so far I love them. The babies are not nearly as flighty as I thought they would be. They do not run away any more than my chicks do.

I do enjoy watching them.

Yours sure are cute all piled up for a nap. I just love it!

So cute! One of my white week-old keets is making an ocassional loud raspy noise that's frighteningly similar to an adult "buckwheat buckwheat". Looks like I've got an over achiever in my bunch! Or a big-mouth!
