I had a couple of chicks with feathers sticking out at crazy angles, which I had never seen before. I gave them a dust bath of sand and they went absolutely bonkers over it, and afterward they began preening, and now they are turning into big chickens! Their feathers are turning normal and smoothing out and not sticking out all over. They are not frizzles however, so now after seeing this little darling I am really wanting some frizzles. Chicken math is getting to me already!

cute! looks like a frizzle to me. maybe he will just be "special" i have a hen that is. shes definitely got some screws loose and s crooked beak. But shes my babyyy

I posted previously about this chicks odd posture and wings.
I was able to finally get some decent pics that show what I mean.
This is the chick we didn't expect to live. here it is, 2 wks later, and still alive and growing.
