well if you're kind and have "balls" you would let it move on to greener pastures.... otherwise it will pass on if things are bad, but with suffering. One thing I had to learn fast when raising chickens is death is a necessary part of keeping your flock. as unfortunate as that is....I found this chick alone and the mother wouldnt take it back and keep leaving it everywhere. It just got squished. No intestines were out, but some poo was. Its staggering on a leg and is still chirping. What should I do ??

Awe i should be able to get over it. A Little tears does not compare to the pain of a small little chick.
