Squishy crop, sorta lumpy

Does anyone have experience with a silkie that has a squishy crop. It feels bigger than normal but not hard. Just like there is something soft and squishy in there. Is this normal? She doesn't feel like any of my other silkies.

If you put your nose next to the birds beak, do you notice any smell? It may be sour crop

or if its hot, perhaps this particular silkie has been drinking lots of water. Do a little research on sour crop to see if any of the symptoms seem familiar. Good luck!
