SS hen or roo? I’m so confused...

This beauty is 13-14 weeks old and I’m really hoping it’s a hen. We live within city limits and are not allowed roosters... The comb and waddle look female for age, when I compare it to other pictures. That’s until I catch a glimpse of that tail....
Any insight from the amazing experts on this forum would be highly appreciated!
Such a sweet chicken, my kids named her “Cuddles” - we’d all be devastated to lose her...

Thank you so much, I really hope so. I read somewhere that their tail feathers could be wonky due to molting? They are very green and sickle shaped...

I'm not sure about the breed but the comb and wattles look pullet to me.

Many people worry about tail shape when it isn't the best indicator of gender. Look for presence/lack of pointed saddle and hackle feathers and size and redness of comb and wattles. Your bird is a pullet
