Have you asked at your village or town hall? They should be able to answer your questions. Does anyone around you have poultry? If so that would be a good sign.

Yes, you are allowed to keep hens in St. Charles County, Missouri, but not roosters (https://www.backyardchickens.com/a/st-charles-missouri-chicken-ordinance).

Unfortunately my neighbor does not like it when I told them about my plan and I also I found that i cannot keep chicken in my backyard as per my neighborhood. Any suggestion?
