Staggered Age Ducklings

I have four two week old Pekins and four three day old SA. Do you think it’s okay to let them sleep together tonight? My Pekins are in the transition coop outside (small and heated) during the day, my SA are in the guinea pig sized cage inside full time except outdoor swimmies. I’m getting a stock tank this weekend to brood this quantity but I was thinking of letting the eight of them sleep in one of the bathtubs for the next few nights. They had swimmies together this afternoon and did fine. Any reason to think the Pekins would be bullies when I’m not supervising?

Test them out before your bedtime give them plenty of time together so you can observe

Only problem could be SA getting stepped on. By the Pekins

After a few time outs for the largest Pekin, they have settled into my bathtub for bed.

I had a three week and two day olds together when one of ours passed. After about a day of learning, the oldest figured out not to bully the little ones.

They’ve been a happy little group ever since!
